The Most Amazing Pasta I Had in Italy
During my recent trip to Rome, I discovered a hidden gem of a restaurant tucked away in a quiet alley. The pasta was simply divine - fresh, handmade tagliatelle with a rich truffle sauce.
The Restaurant
The place is called "Da Luigi" and it's been run by the same family for three generations. What makes their pasta special is that they make it fresh every morning using locally sourced ingredients.

While I couldn't get the exact recipe, the chef mentioned these key ingredients:
